Each week complete this sheet to show what you have memorized so far in the current level. Each chapter must be recited to a family member/friend in one sitting within the allowed errors per chapter. Once you have memorized all three chapters and completed the weekly form showing the chapters have all been memorized, you no longer need to fill out any more forms for the month.

January 1 - 8       Complete this form by January 10

January 9 - 15     Complete this form by January 17

January 16 - 22   Complete this form by January 24

January 23 - 31    Complete this form by January 31
